Instructions
  1. Mix together grated coconut with rice flour without adding water.
  2. Add the garlic-green chillies paste.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
  5. Make small portions off the dough and shape them into vadas.
  6. Deep fry them till they are golden brown.
  7. :- Serve with ginger chutney.
