, rice flour and chillies

Ingredients

Grated
coconut

cup
Rice flour

Green chillies
1
piece
Ginger
Salt
As reqd
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Mix together grated
coconut
with rice flour without adding
water
.
Add the
garlic
-
green chillies
paste.
Add
salt
to taste.
Heat the
oil
in a kadai or a pan.
Make small portions off the dough and shape them into vadas.
Deep fry them till they are golden brown.
:- Serve with
ginger
chutney.
