1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
75 gm Butter
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Coffee
2 tbsp Boiling water
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

In bowl add coffee powder and boiling water mix well without lumps
In bowl sieve all flours and keep aside
In bowl add butter beat well
Add egg, sugar and beat well like cream consistency
Now add coffee water mix well
Now add flour and mix well gently
Now grease pan and pour the mixture Bake in a pre heat oven for 35 mins in 180 degree
Now its ready to serve Coffee cake and served with milk in breakfast
