  • Custard powder - 1 tsp
  • Icing sugar - 3 tsp
  • Whipped cream - 150 g
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4 tsp

  • Gelatin - 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate sauce(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing coffee ice-cream, separate yolk and white of eggs. Whip the yolks. Add the icing sugar and whip again. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat the milk by stirring it continuously.
  3. Add corn flour and custard powder in half of the boiled milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the remaining milk in the whipped egg yolk and mix well.
  5. Pour the egg yolk mixture and the custard mixture in a double boiler and mix well.
  6. Stir till the milk reaches a pudding like consistency.
  7. Pour this mixture in another bowl. Add coffee powder, cocoa powder, gelatin dissolved in water, egg white and whipped cream. Whip it.
  8. Refrigerate it in freezer till it sets.
  9. Scoop it in a serving bowl and decorate it with grated chocolate and chocolate sauce.
  10. Coffee ice-cream is ready. Serve cold.
