  • Philadelphia cream cheese/cheese spread - 200 g
  • Condensed milk - 1 tin
  • Cream - 1 tin
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder(dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water) - 1 tbsp
  • Strawberries(chopped) - 8-10 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing cold strawberry cheese cake, combine biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Press the biscuit mixture into a cake pan and keep the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently beat cream cheese, condensed milk, cream and vanilla essence until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Then add the lemon juice to the cheese mixture and mix.
  4. Add dissolved gelatin to the cream cheese mixture with constant stirring. Make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved before adding to the cheese mixture and then pour the mixture on the biscuit base.
  5. Top the cheese cake with chopped strawberries and pour strawberry syrup over it.
  6. Place it in the fridge for 4 hrs until it completely sets.
  7. Cold strawberry cheese cake is ready.
