Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Carrot
  • 2 springs Celery
  • 1 no Yellow grape fruit
  • 1 no Green apple
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • 2 nos Creamy liquid yogurts
  • 5 springs Chives chopped
  • 2 springs Parsley chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cold yoghurt soup, peel the grape fruit and cut into 8 pieces.
  • Quarter the apple and chop the carrots and celery.
  • Add chives, parsley, yogurt, carrot, celery, grape fruit, apple, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Leave it to chill in the fridge for some time.
  • Cold yogurt soup is ready. Serve chilled.
