Colocasia Fry is a super tasty and delicious dish that blends well with rice dishes. Colocasia Fry is unique in taste and appeal with a golden color and crispy outer side. For preparing Colocasia Fry wash the colocasia well and boil in some water. You can also pressure cook for 2 or 3 whistles.
Peel the skin off and cut into medium sized pieces.
Prepare a paste of chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt. Sprinkle cornflour over the mixture. Apply the chilly mixture on the sliced colocasia pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Stir in the marinated colocasia pieces and fry in low to medium heat.
Keep frying, until the colocasia gets a crispy coating and is golden brown in color.
