Ingredients
  

  • 15 nos Bread slices
  • 100 gm Carrots grated
  • 100 gm Beetroot grated
  • Butter instead of butter can use margarine spread
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Colorful Sandwich, first cook the grated carrots and beetroot separately, along with little water and salt.
  • :- Add very little water while cooking since the cooked vegetables should be dry.
  • Toast the bread slices into golden brown colour.
  • Take one slice and spread some butter.
  • Place some carrot mixture on it and spread it evenly.
  • Close it with another bread and spead some butter over it.
  • Place some beetroot mixture over it and spread it evenly.
  • Prepare likewise so as to look two beautiful and colorful layers.
  • Prepare all the other bread slices like the above.
  • Healthy and tasty Colorful Sandwich is ready.
