  • Cooked basmati rice - 3 cups
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 no
  • garlic(chopped) - 7 cloves
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 3/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing coriander prawn rice, fry cumin seeds and garlic in oil.
  2. Add onion and fry again.
  3. Add the chilly powder, garam masala. Mix well. Add tomato.
  4. When the tomato gets cooked, add the coriander leaves and fry.
  5. Add lemon juice and prawns to it. When cooked, remove from flame.
  6. Coriander prawn rice is ready. Serve hot.
