1/2 cup Prawn (cooked)1 no Tomato (sliced)3 cups Cooked basmati rice1 no Onion (chopped)7 cloves Garlic (chopped)1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Garam masala3/4 cup Coriander leaves1 tsp Lemon juice1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)3 tbsp Oil For preparing coriander prawn rice, fry cumin seeds and garlic in oil.Add onion and fry again.Add the chilly powder, garam masala. Mix well. Add tomato.When the tomato gets cooked, add the coriander leaves and fry.Add lemon juice and prawns to it. When cooked, remove from flame.Coriander prawn rice is ready.
