  • Sweet corn kernels - 2 cups
  • onion finely chopped - 1 large
  • Asafoetida/Hing - ¼ tsp
  • haldi powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 no
  • Sev - ½ cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(few) -
  • Salt(as required) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
  2. Add sweet corn kernels, and all the dry masala and salt.
  3. Add 4-5 tbsp water, cover the kadai and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Dry up all the water.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice on the corn and transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Now sprinkle with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve immediately. The sev should be crisp.
