Easy To Prepare Corn Bhel

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sweet corn kernels
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida/hing
  • ½ tsp Haldi powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Jeera powder
  • 1 no Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Sev
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
  • Add sweet corn kernels, and all the dry masala and salt.
  • Add 4-5 tbsp water, cover the kadai and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Dry up all the water.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the corn and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Now sprinkle with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately. The sev should be crisp.
