  • Boiled sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
  • Onion(finely chopped) - ½ cup
  • Capsicum(chopped) - ½ cup
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - ¼ cup
  • Apple cubes - ½ cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Sugar(A pinch) -
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Sev for garnishing -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the onions and saute on a medium flame till the onions turn light golden colour.
  3. Add the capsicum pieces and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  5. Add boiled corn and other remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Garnish with sev.
  7. :- Serve immediately.
