Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy corn with zucchini casserole, put cooked corn, chopped tomatoes, zucchini, onion, tomato puree and chopped red pepper in a large frying pan.
  2. Cook the corn mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable stock and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the gravy acquires a desired consistency.
  4. Corn with zucchini is ready and serve hot.
