  • Cornflakes - 1 cup
  • Egg yolk - 1 no
  • Vanila essence - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. Beat butter, sugar and egg yolk together in a bowl.
  2. Seive maida and baking powder.
  3. Add the seived mixture into the butter mix along with cornflakes and vanilla essence.
  4. Knead the mixture into a dough and keep in fridge for 10 - 15 mins.
  5. Shape into balls and flatten with a fork.
  6. Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees.
  7. Store in an air tight container.
