Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tuna Fillets finger shaped slices
  • 1 cup Cornflakes crushed
  • 1 no Egg
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cornflakes fish fry, marinate fish pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Dip fish pieces in egg and then in cornflakes.
  • Lightly press the fish and deep fry it in oil.
  • Cornflakes fish fry is ready.
