  • corn flour 4 sp -

  • egg white yolk 1 -
  • red chili powder 3 sp -
  • turmeric powder 1/2 sp -
  • Red color : a pinch (optional) -
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp -
  • ajino motto 1/4 sp -
  • gingelly oil 1sp for mixing -

Instructions
  1. first pressure cook the chicken for 3 whistles
  2. add the marinating ingredients
  3. finely blend it together
  4. apply this paste to the cooked chicken pieces to it and set for 1 hour.
  5. deep fry in oil both sides
  6. serve with onions and cucumbers
