For preparing country fried chicken, first clean and dry chicken breasts with a kitchen towel. Keep on a cutting board and flatten it using meat hammer or rolling pin.
Make a mixture of the ingredients of marination. Marinate the chicken and keep for 2 hours.
Mix the coating ingredients: maida, corn flour, salt, pepper powder and onion powder. Dip the chicken in beaten egg, roll in maida mixture and coat with the bread crumbs. Shallow fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan.
It cooks fast as the chicken is flattened. Serve hot with garlic bread. Country fried chicken is ready.
