Keep it aside.Blanch the courgettes in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and drain thoroughly.Light the oven grill.Mix in the fried mushrooms onions mixture and courgettes. Arrange them in a baking dish.Whisk cream, salt, egg yolks, pepper powder and curry powder.Pour this over the vegetables and cook under grill for 7 minutes.Courgettes au-gratin is ready. Serve hot.
