Instructions
  1. For preparing covered prawn fry, cook the prawns in 1/2 tsp pepper powder, soya sauce, salt, turmeric powder and some water. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  2. Beat the egg white well in a bowl.
  3. Mix in corn flour, maida, vinegar and celery to the above egg white to make a thick paste. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a china dish.
  5. Dip the cooked prawns in the paste and fry it in oil till it becomes crispy. Cover and cook it.
  6. Covered prawn fry is ready. Serve hot.
