500 g Crab1 kg Biryani rice3 Tomato3 Onion3 Green chilly1 tsp Ginger paste1 tsp Garlic paste2 tsp Biryani masala1/2 tsp Garam masala1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Pepper powderCoriander leaves (as required)S Heat oil in a large vessel and sautT cardamom, cinnamon stick, onion and salt in it. Add tomato, green chilly, ginger and garlic paste. SautT again. Add the cleaned and sliced crab, coriander leaves and all the masalas to it. Mix thoroughly by adding water as required. Let it boil well. Once the curry boils, add the biryani rice, mix well and cook it covered for 20 minutes or till the water drains. Serve it hot with cucumber salad.
