250 g Crab (cubes)1 no Onion (sliced)½ cup Coconut (grated)½ tsp Ginger paste1 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Masala powder1 sprig Curry leaves½ tsp Lime juiceOil Salt (As reqd) First grind the grated coconut and raw rice to a fine paste. Keep this aside.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add black gram dal and curry leaves.Now add the onion pieces and cinnamon. SautT well and fry.Add ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, ground coconut mixture and required salt.Allow to boil and add the crab pieces. Cook with a covered lid in low heat till crab is done.Add coconut milk and lemon juice.Stir well and cook in low flame for 2 minutes. Remove pan from fire.Delicious crab curry is ready.
