This is a delicious south Indian crab fry , usually made in villages in earthen pots. This is completely a dry fry which best suits for side dish. This is a spicy and juicy dish. The onions and tomatoes are sauteed soft in oil along with the spices. Then the crab is cooked in this curry without adding any water to it. The aroma is awesome and the taste relishes our taste buds.
