Instructions
  1. Clean all the vegetables.
  2. Roughly chop them and boil.
  3. Once the vegetables are tender, cool and puree.
  4. Heat a heavy bottomed pan.
  5. Add butter and melt on a low flame.
  6. Add refined flour and cook it for a min.
  7. Add hot milk and cook till thick.
  8. :- The white is ready.
  9. Add pureed vegetables to the white sauce by stirring constantly.
  10. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
  11. Boil the sieved mixrure and adjust the seasoning.
  12. Garnish with cream.
  13. :- Serve hot.
