Cream Of Asparagus Soup Healthy and Nutritious 400 gm Asparagus100 gm Carrot30 gm Turnip30 gm Onion30 gm Refined flour30 gm Butter300 ml MilkPepper (A pinch)Salt (As reqd) Clean all the vegetables. Roughly chop them and boil. Once the vegetables are tender, cool and puree. Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Add butter and melt on a low flame. Add refined flour and cook it for a min.Add hot milk and cook till thick. :- The white is ready. Add pureed vegetables to the white sauce by stirring constantly. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
