Instructions
For preparing
cream
of
mushroom
, first cook all the ingredients together:
mushroom
, corn flour,
onion
, butter,
milk
,
water
, pepper and
salt
.
Drain the liquid into another vessel. Remove only the
mushroom
pieces and smash it.
Put the pureed
mushroom
back into the liquid and cook for 3 more minutes.
Cream
of
mushroom
is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
