Cream Of Mushroom Soup With Sorrel
Creamy soup with mushrooms and potatoes

Sorrel leaves

Potatoes

Button mushrooms
chopped

Butter

ml
Hot
water

Fresh
cream
Pepper powder
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
cream
of
mushroom
soup with sorrel, melt butter in a saucepan, add the
sorrel leaves
and potatoes. Stir and leave it to fry.
Add in the mushrooms,
salt
and
pepper powder
. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour hot
water
and allow it to simmer on low flame for 20 minutes. 4)When cooked, pour the soup into a blender and blend it well.
Pour the soup back into the saucepan, add in the
cream
and mix well. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Cream
of
mushroom
soup with sorrel is ready. Serve hot.
