Keep it aside.For white sauce:- 1)Heat up a vessel.Add butter in it allow it to melt.Add refined flour just to stir.Add slowly tapioca water to make white sauce.For the cream:- 1)Boil the tapioca puree.Add tapioca water and salt.Let it boil.Add white sauce.Add the pepper powder.Check the seasoning.:- Serve hot.
