Instructions
  1. Soak china grass in half cup of water for 10 minutes
  2. Grind the grated coconut with half cup milk
  3. Keep a mash stainer over a bowl and pour the grinded coconut over it to get a thick coconut milk
  4. Now boil milk,sugar,condensed milk in a bottom thick vessel by stirring it continuously
  5. Once milk is hot mix the coconut milk with it.stir continuously
  6. In the mean time you must also melt the china grass in low flame by stirring it at intervals.take care that there is no granules left which is not melt
  7. Mix the china grass with milk mixture by stirring continuously.take it from flame after one minute.convert the mixture to a pudding bowl
  8. For garnishing saute grated carrot in sugar syrup and spread over the pudding.left it cool for keeping it in refri
  9. Spread the carrot over the pudding and left it cool for keeping it in refrigerator
  10. Serve it
