2 cups Apple, pineapple, grapes, banana cooked
6 tbsp Fresh cream
3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Ghee
Sugar As reqd
2 nos Cardamom Elakka
10 nos Cashew nuts soaked

Instructions

For preparing creamy fruits, sautT apple, pineapple, grapes and banana in ghee.
Add fresh cream, milk, sugar and cardamom. Cook it well, stirring continuously.
Garnish with cashew nuts.
Creamy fruits is ready. Serve hot or cold.
