Instructions
  1. For preparing creamy lamb korma, roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flaked almonds, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
  2. Allow it to cool and grind to a fine paste using a pestle.
  3. Heat oil in the pan and sautT the ground paste.
  4. Toss in the cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Add the lamb, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and the prepared paste. Allow the lamb to cook.
  6. Then allow it to cool and gradually pour in the cream.
  7. Creamy lamb korma is ready.
