  • Tomato ketchup : 2 tsp -
  • Mayonnaise : 4 ½ tsp -
  • Vinegar : 1 tsp -
  • Sugar : 1 tsp -
  • Salt : a pinch -
For salad:
  • Pasta : 3 cups (cooked) -
  • Carrot :1 cup (shredded) -
  • Tomato : 2 nos (chopped) -
  • Capsicum : 1 no (chopped) -
  • Peas : 1 cup (cooked) / optional -

Instructions
  1. In a salad bowl, mix pasta, shredded carrot and keep aside.
  2. :- While cooking pasta, add required salt and a touch of olive oil. So that the pasta will not stick.2) In a kadai, heat a tsp of olive oil. Fry the capsicum and tomato for 2 minutes.
  3. Add this into salad bowl with pasta and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk well.
  5. Pour this into the salad and mix.6) Serve chilled.7) Delicious creamy pasta is ready.
