coconut

Spices:-

Cumin powder

Coriander powder

Pepper powder

tsp
Turmeric powder

Cinnamon
Karugapatta

Cardamoms
Elakka

Cloves
Grambu
Instructions
Cut the vegetables and steam it with little
salt
for 5 mins. Keep aside.
Ground the spices to a fine powder and grind it with
garlic
,
ginger
and
green chillies
.
Make a fine paste of grated
coconut
, cashew and curd.
Saute sliced
onion
in little
oil
till golden brown and then add the masala and saute.
Add the steamed veg and mix well.
Add a cup of boiled
water
or veg stock to this mixture.
Add the
coconut
and curd mixture and bring to a boil.
Remove from flame.
:- Serve hot.
