Keep aside.Ground the spices to a fine powder and grind it with garlic, ginger and green chillies.Make a fine paste of grated coconut, cashew and curd.Saute sliced onion in little oil till golden brown and then add the masala and saute. Add the steamed veg and mix well.Add a cup of boiled water or veg stock to this mixture.Add the coconut and curd mixture and bring to a boil.Remove from flame.:- Serve hot. Kerala
