Crispy Beetroot Kofta

This is also one of the Kofta recipe. this recipe is a delicious preparation beetroot and potato balls with bread. This recipe of kofta is a healthy twist to the traditionally deep fried kofta recipes that you would make.

Ingredients
  

  • Beetroot 1/2 kg
  • bread 4 slice
  • aloo 1/4 kg
  • roasted ground nut 5 tsp
  • chopped onion 1 no.
  • chopped green chili 2 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 5 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 2 pinch
  • salt to taste
  • bread crumbs 1 cup
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • corn flour 3 tbsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • boil the aloo and mash it
  • grate the beetroot
  • filter the water from beetroot
  • in a bowl add aloo, beetroot, chopped onion, roaster peanut, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger arlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder,salt
  • mix well
  • cut the corner of the bread and divide into two like triangle shape, dip in water and filter it
  • stuff the beetroot masala and cover it
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour and water and make as a batter, dip the kofta balls in this batter
  • spread the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and fry it
  • now crispy beetroot kofta is ready to serve
