Instructions
  1. Mix bittergourd pieces with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry garlic and onion in hot oil for 2 minutes. Squeeze out the juice of bittergourd and stir bittergourd pieces into the pan.
  3. Fry well stirring occasionally. Add curry leaves.
  4. Fry the bittergourd to a crispy state and remove from fire.
  5. Crispy bittergourd, a healthy dish apt for the diabetic, is ready. Serve hot.
