Crispy Bow Cookies is a Italian traditional sweet carnival recipe which isms made from a sweetened dough.Everyone who tastes these light and crispy bows just can't stop after eating only one.

Instructions
  1. Whisk 2 Eggs with milk,sugar with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add all purpose flour,knead until soft dough forms and it doesn't stick to the work surface.
  3. Wrap the dough with a clean wet cloth and sit for 3 hours.
  4. Make onion sized balls out of the dough and roll it out the dough to a thin chappathi.cut the dough into a 1 inch strips and 3 inch lengths.
  5. Press the center portion and make cute bow cookies
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry until light brown in colour.
  7. Crispy Bow Cookies are ready to serve.
