Crispy Cauliflower Fry is a super hit starter snack. The crispy deep fried cauliflower florets make a great treat at parties. Crispy Cauliflower Fry can be made in a jiffy and is served with mint chutney or a favorite sauce. The cauliflower florets are marinated in a spicy ginger garlic mixture. These marinated florets are dipped in corn and rice flour before frying to a golden brown crispy tenure. Very nutritious and healthy Crispy Cauliflower Fry requires very little ingredients. Instructions
  1. Blend the onion, tomato, ginger garlic to form a smooth paste.
  2. :- Do not add water.
  3. Gently fold in the paste to the florets along with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
  4. :- Adjust the spice as needed.
  5. Marinate this for at least half an hour.
  6. Before frying, mix the corn and rice flour and deep fry immediately for crispy ones.
  7. :- This can also be shallow fried in 2 tbsp olive oil. In this case, reduce the flame to low and gently toss it over many times till the florets are brown, crispy and cooked. Use only a good non stick pan.
  8. :- Serve Crispy Cauliflower Fry hot.
  9. :- Crispy Cauliflower Fry goes well with Sweet chilly sauce or can be eaten as it is along with tea.
