Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the chicken.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in flour mixture (maida, corn flour, oats and salt to taste).
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it till golden brown in colour.
