Crispy Chicken Cutlet | Kerala Style Tasty Chicken Cutlet

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and coriander leaves.
Mix everything well.
Knead the the mixture very well until it comes together. Make small balls and flatten it slightly to a smooth disk shape.
Beat egg white and corn flour very well and then dip the cutlets in it.
Immediately add it to the bowl of bread crumbs and coat it well. Repeat the process of dipping all the cutlets in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in medium flame until golden brown in colour.
