Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy deep fried prawns, first clean and de-vein the prawns and retain tail.
  2. Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper and garlic paste for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread prawns in tissue paper and drain the moisture.
  4. Dip the prawns in corn flour and dip in egg and in bread crumbs.
  5. Dip again in egg and dip in bread crumbs.
  6. Follow the steps to all the prawns and arrange in tray.
  7. Heat oil in non-stick pan and deep fry the prawns till golden color.
  8. Crispy deep fried prawns is ready. Serve with sweet and sour chilli sauce.
