  • 150 g Fresh and thin egg noodles
  • 250 g Chinese stir fry frozen mixed vegetables
  • Vegetable oil (For deep frying)

  • For preparing crispy egg noodles with vegetables, first cook egg noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then drain well.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and deep-fry the cooked noodles in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on an absorbent kitchen paper and set aside.
  • Cook chinese mixed vegetables following packet instructions. Drain and keep aside.
  • Now we are entering the final stage of our preparation of crispy egg noodles with vegetables. For preparing peanut sauce, place the ingredients: peanut butter, crushed garlic, brown sugar, coconut milk and hot chili sauce in a saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Crispy egg noodles with vegetables is ready. Divide the fried noodles in the serving plates. Top with vegetables and stir in sauce.
