Crispy Fried Prawns Chinese style fried Prawns(Chemmeen) 25 - Prawns (medium sized, Chemmeen)1 tsp Soya sauce1 tbsp Vinegar1 tsp Chilly powder¼ tsp Pepper powderGinger (garlic paste - 2 tsp)Salt (As reqd)Corn flour (As reqd)Oil for frying Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact. Devein, wash and pat dry. Mix together soya sauce, vinegar, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.Marinate the prawns with the above for 30 mins.Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.
