  • Maida : 1 cup -
  • corn flour 1 cup -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Pepper : 2 tsp -
  • Onion : 1 no -
  • Green chili 3 no. -
  • Garlic 4 no. -
  • Soya sauce : 2 tsp -
  • lemon 1/2 no. -
  • Oil to fry -
  • sesame seed to garnish -

Instructions
  1. cut the baby corn into two pieces
  2. finely chop the onion, garlic and green chili
  3. in a bowl add maida, corn flour salt and mix it
  4. dust the baby corn
  5. with the remaining mixture add black pepper and mix with water and make as a batter
  6. dip the baby corn one by one
  7. heat the oil and fry it
  8. with the remaining batter add soya sauce, squeeze the lemon, pepper and honey and mix it
  9. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion, garlic and green chili for 2 minutes
  10. pour the batter and mix it with the low flame
  11. add fried baby corn and honey and mix it
  12. garnish with the sesame seed, now crispy honey baby corn is ready
