Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy ladies finger fry, combine gram flour, corn flour, asafoetida, ginger paste, curry leaves, chilly powder, garam masala, soda powder and required salt.
  2. Add little water and mix well.
  3. Add ladies finger and coat well.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Crispy ladiesfinger fry is ready.
