  • Large shrimps - 8 nos
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 5 pods
  • Black pepper seed - 15 nos
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • canola oil - 1 cup

Instructions
  1. Clean the shrimps well(do not remove tail).
  2. Make a paste of garlic and pepper.
  3. Marinate shrimps with garlic pepper paste, corn flaour, soya sauce and salt.
  4. Keep this in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry shrimps in medium flame till crispy golden brown.
  6. :- Serve hot!!!
