Instructions
  1. For preparing crunchy cauliflower, clean the vegetable well and separate the florets.
  2. Beat egg and pepper well.
  3. Boil water and add cauliflower in it.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  5. Mix salt, egg mixture and lime juice together.
  6. Dip the cauliflower in the egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Fry to a golden brown color.
  7. Crunchy cauliflower is ready.
