  • Potatoes(boiled and mashed) - 3 nos
  • Cream cheese(Grated paneer can be used as a low fat substitute) - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Imp:- The potatoes must be mashed thoroughly, otherwise the cutlet might break. Also, the potatoes must be drained well before mashing.
  3. Add onion, cabbage and carrot along with green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix it very well.
  4. Mould it into cylindrical shapes*, dip in eggwhite, coat in bread crumbs and deep fry.
  5. While deep frying, make sure that the cutlets are fully immersed in oil.
  6. *Shaped like diwan pillows. This shape allows cooking in lesser amount of oil and chances for breaking are less.
