  • Chicken thigh(cut into thin strips, boneless) - 200 gms
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • White Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 4 tbsp
  • Magi chicken cube(crumbled) - 1
  • Curry powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • For coating -
  • Egg(whisked) - 1 no
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Oil(for deep frying) -

Instructions
  1. Wash and clean chicken. Set aside to drain.
  2. Mix magi cube crumbled, curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix with the chicken strips.
  3. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes. To the chicken strips add corn flour mixture and coat well.
  4. Take 1 chicken strip at time, dip in egg and roll it up like a scroll. 5)Spread bread crumbs on a plate and roll the chicken over the bread crumbs.
  5. Leave it on a plate. Repeat the process for the rest of the chicken strips.
  6. Chill the strips in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. (uncovered)
  7. Deep fry the chicken strips in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and drain.
  8. :- Crunchy Fried Curry Chicken is ready!!
  9. :- Serve the Crunchy Fried Curry Chicken hot with any sauce and a green salad.
