Crunchy Fried Curry Chicken

Boneless chicken scrolls deep fried in breadcrumbs

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Chicken thigh cut into thin strips, boneless
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Magi chicken cube crumbled
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • For coating
  • 1 no Egg whisked
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean chicken. Set aside to drain.
  • Mix magi cube crumbled, curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix with the chicken strips.
  • Leave to marinate for 20 minutes. To the chicken strips add corn flour mixture and coat well.
  • Take 1 chicken strip at time, dip in egg and roll it up like a scroll. 5)Spread bread crumbs on a plate and roll the chicken over the bread crumbs.
  • Leave it on a plate. Repeat the process for the rest of the chicken strips.
  • Chill the strips in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. (uncovered)
  • Deep fry the chicken strips in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and drain.
  • :- Crunchy Fried Curry Chicken is ready!!
  • :- Serve the Crunchy Fried Curry Chicken hot with any sauce and a green salad.
