Crunchy Fried Shrimp/prawn

To make crunchy fried shrimp you'll just toss some shrimp with kashmiri chilli powder,salt,black pepper and cook them up a bit.Then you will dip them in a flour mixture and fry it.The easiest& tastiest deep-fried shrimp ever is ready to serve

Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the prawns.
  2. Marinate the prawns in kashmiri chilli powder,pepper powder,salt and pressure cook it until 2-3 whistles.
  3. Take oats,maida,corn flour,1/2 tsp pepper powder,cardamom powder,salt and mix well.
  4. Dip the prawns in flour mixture
  5. Take one cup water and dip the flour coated prawns in it and again dip in the flour mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown in colour
  7. Tasty crunchy fried prawns is ready to serve
