Instructions
  1. Cut the pomfret fish into thin round pieces and clean thoroughly.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil to the fish pieces and marinate.
  3. Take a deep bottomed pan, add oil and heat.
  4. Deep fry the marinated fish pieces in medium flame until the pieces turn dark brown.
  5. Serve hot garnished with salad.
