For preparing cuban tapioca, first clean and cut the tapioca into 1 inch long pieces.
Take a vessel and put the tapioca pieces. Pour 3/4 cup of water and cook in low heat with a lid on. When the tapioca pieces are done, drain off the water completely.
Put 1/2 dsp of olive oil, lime juice and required salt into the tapioca and toss well to combine. While preparing cuban tapioca, take care that the tapioca pieces are not crushed.
Heat 1 dsp of olive oil in a pan and fry red chillies, crushed green chillies and garlic. Fry for a few seconds and add sliced onion. Saute in low heat and pour the fried ingredients into the cuban tapioca mix.
Cuban tapioca is ready and toss well before serving.
