Cucumber Pachadi
A tasty side dish in Onam Sadhya
Ingredients
- 1 no Cucumber/Kumbalanga Grated/chopped into very small pieces, Vellarikka
- 1/2 of Coconut
- 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
- Salt As reqd
- 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves As reqd
- Coconut oil As reqd
Instructions
- Add the above paste and curd to cucumber and mix well.
