Instructions
  1. Peel cucumber and chop in cubes.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and onions.
  3. Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
  4. Add the peanut powder, coriander leaves, sugar, yoghurt and 1 tbsp water(optional).
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. :- Serve with rice as side dish.
