  • rice starch 1 cup( excess water strained after rice is cooked) -

Instructions
  1. heat butter and add onions
  2. add cucumber and saute
  3. add rice starch and let it cook in a low flame
  4. cover it with a lid and cook for 10 mins
  5. strain the soup and the pulp separately
  6. run the pulp in a mixer with little water and strain it to the already strained soup
  7. now heat soup in a low flame for 2 minutes adding tulasi leaves and serve
